Terms of Service

By using admiry.ai, agent.admiry.ai, ads.admiry.ai, Admiry through an AI assistant, or Admiry by e-mail at hello@agent.admiry.ai, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Admiry for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business, and “you” means the business as well as you.

Admiry is three services, and these terms cover all three:

• The website, which describes Admiry and takes early-access applications.
• The marketing agent (“the agent”), which plans and runs marketing for local and service businesses: in the conversation on the admiry.ai front page, through its connection point for assistants at agent.admiry.ai, through assistants such as Meta Muse, Claude and ChatGPT, and by e-mail at hello@agent.admiry.ai.
• The advertising platform (“the platform”) on ads.admiry.ai, on which performance advertisers run campaigns that Admiry buys through ad exchanges.

Admiry is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and using Admiry for a business, not for personal or household purposes. During early access, Admiry serves businesses in the United States, and Admiry decides whom to onboard; an application on the website is a request, not an account.

Signing in

On the agent you sign in with Google. The Google account you sign in with is the owner of the businesses you claim, and Admiry sends notices to its e-mail address (never approval codes: see section 5). Keep that account secure; what is done with it is done by you.

Keys and grants

To let an assistant act for your business you give it a key or an OAuth grant. That assistant can then do, for that business, what the key or grant allows, and Admiry treats its actions as yours. You can see and revoke every key and grant on your Settings page at any time. Do not share a key with anyone you would not let act for your business.

E-mail addresses you allow

Your sign-in address, and any address you allow for a business (an assistant’s inbox, for example), can write to Admiry for that business. Mail from an allowed address can do what you ticked when you allowed it: see the plan and results, make changes within your monthly limit, see who the leads are. Admiry treats what that mail does as done by you. No e-mail can launch a plan, give an approval, raise your monthly limit or spend, and none can create or change keys, grants or allowed addresses. You can see and revoke every allowed address on your Settings page at any time.

Your assistant is not Admiry

Meta Muse, Claude, ChatGPT and any other assistant you use are run by their own companies under their own terms. Admiry provides the tools they call and the words they relay; it does not control what an assistant says or does beyond those tool calls, and it is not responsible for the assistant’s own behaviour.

Platform accounts

Accounts on the advertising platform are created by Admiry for approved advertisers with a username, password and API key. Keep them confidential; you are responsible for everything done with them.

The agent takes your description of your business, reads your public website and listing, asks you a few questions, and writes a marketing plan: which channels, what budget, what pages and ads, and an estimate of what that could bring. If you approve the plan, the agent carries it out and keeps running it, within the limits below, reporting to you as it goes.

Running Google Ads for you is governed by the Google Ads Management Agreement, which you accept in the Admiry conversation when you set up ads, before anything is linked, and, if you choose to prepay, by the Prepayment Addendum; your Settings page lists the texts you accepted. Those documents say exactly what Admiry may do inside a Google Ads account, what it never does, and how a balance is spent and refunded.

If you put Admiry’s page script and form on a page of yours, Admiry counts visits and taps there and keeps the leads the form sends for your business, as the Privacy Policy describes. Some parts of the agent are not yet on in early access (for example storefront pages Admiry hosts for you, and Meta ads). A plan shows only what Admiry can do today; the website describes where Admiry is going.

These rules apply to everything the agent does, and no tool, assistant or Admiry job can get around them:

• Nothing spends money before you approve it. Launching a plan, raising your monthly limit and turning full automatic optimisation on each need an approval you give outside the assistant: on your plan page after signing in, or by reading to your assistant an approval code that only you get (on that page, or from Admiry’s operator). Admiry never sends an approval code by e-mail.
• Your monthly limit is set by you. Admiry keeps spend within it, derives daily budgets from it, and pauses your ads when the month’s spend reaches it. Only you can raise it.
• Changes within the limit (moving budget between channels, pausing and resuming, new ad text or pages, listing updates) are proposed first and carried out after you or your assistant says yes; each one is written to your audit log.
• Every action is recorded. You can read the audit log at any time on the plan page or through your assistant.

An approval you give, on the page or by code, is your instruction. Admiry acts on it and is not responsible for a plan you approved but did not read.

• $0 platform fee. Admiry charges no platform fee and, during early access, no management fee for the agent.
• Advertising costs are yours. With your own Google Ads account, Google bills you directly and Admiry never marks those charges up. With a prepaid balance, your balance is spent at Google’s exact cost, and the unspent part is refundable, as the Prepayment Addendum says.
• If Admiry introduces a fee, it will tell account holders by e-mail at least 30 days before the fee applies, with the amount and how it is worked out, and you may end this agreement before it applies without penalty.
• On the advertising platform, spend is billed against the credit line or prepayment agreed with Admiry in writing; the amounts in your account on ads.admiry.ai are the record.

You keep everything you give Admiry: your description, your website text, your logo and photos, your creatives. You give Admiry permission to use them to do what you asked: to describe your business, to create and run ads and pages for it, and to show them on the ad space Admiry buys.

Admiry uses AI to write plans, ad text and pages for you. You review and approve them before they go anywhere public, and once approved they are your advertising. You are responsible for their accuracy, for having the rights to what appears in them, and for their compliance with the law and with the policies of the platform they run on (Google Ads, Meta, and the exchanges behind the advertising platform), including the rules of your own industry. Admiry will not knowingly create or run ads that break those rules and may refuse or pause any it believes do.

You confirm that what you tell Admiry about your business is true and that you are entitled to advertise it.

For advertisers on ads.admiry.ai, in addition to the rest of these terms:

• You set campaigns, budgets, creatives, targeting and blocklists yourself, and Admiry bids and delivers within them; pacing and spend caps are best effort, and small overdeliveries within a day are normal.
• Data your measurement partner sends Admiry is used to measure and optimise your campaigns and for nothing else.
• Traffic that Admiry judges invalid is not billed. Admiry’s decision on invalid traffic and on the record of spend is final, except for a clear error shown within 30 days of the invoice.
• Admiry may pause a campaign or an account that breaks a law, an exchange policy or these terms, or that puts Admiry’s standing with an exchange at risk, and will tell you why.

You will not use Admiry to:

• advertise anything illegal, deceptive, or prohibited by the platform it would run on;
• advertise a business you do not own or represent, or claim a listing that is not yours;
• collect or target personal data in ways the law or the ad platforms forbid;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with Admiry’s systems, or use them to build a competing service;
• give an assistant, a key or a grant to someone acting against these terms.

Admiry may suspend or end access for a breach, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.

Admiry works with Google (sign-in, Places, Google Ads), Meta (its Model API and Meta Muse), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail), the assistants you choose, and the ad exchanges and measurement partners behind the advertising platform. Each has its own terms and policies, which apply to your use of it through Admiry. Admiry is not responsible for their availability or their decisions: for example, Google declining an ad, an account or a link, or an assistant changing how connectors work.

Admiry owns the software, models, designs and documentation that make up its services, and its name and logo. Your use of them is a limited, revocable licence for your business under these terms. Plans, ad text, pages and creatives Admiry produces for you are yours to use for your business once approved; Admiry may keep and use them to run and improve its service for you. Admiry may use aggregate, anonymised data about how its services are used, which identifies no business and no person.

Estimates of leads, calls, customers, revenue or costs are estimates from published averages or your own past results, marked as such wherever they appear. They are not forecasts or promises. Advertising results depend on your market, your offer, your competitors and the platforms, none of which Admiry controls. Admiry does not guarantee any number of customers, calls or sales, any cost per result, or any position in search or AI results.

Admiry’s services are provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, Admiry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Admiry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from these services. Admiry’s total liability under this agreement in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid Admiry in those twelve months or, if you paid none, one hundred US dollars. Advertising charges you pay to Google, Meta or an exchange are not fees paid to Admiry. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend Admiry against claims that arise from your business, your content, the ads you approved or your breach of these terms, and cover the losses and reasonable costs of those claims.

You can stop at any time: revoke your keys, grants and allowed e-mail addresses, unlink your Google Ads account, ask for your prepaid balance back, or ask Admiry to delete your account (the Privacy Policy says how). Admiry stops acting for your business as soon as you do. Admiry may end this agreement with notice by e-mail, or immediately for a breach. Ending it does not undo charges already made by Google, Meta or an exchange for ads that ran, and sections 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and account holders are told by e-mail before a change that affects them takes effect; a change that affects what Admiry may do in your accounts is put to you to accept before Admiry does anything further. Continuing to use the website after a change accepts it.

Governing law and venue will be stated here when counsel completes the review of these terms. Until then, if you have a dispute with Admiry, write to it first at the address below; Admiry will try to resolve it with you directly within 30 days before either side takes it further.
